Event Information. In order to help us plan an unforgettable event, please provide any details which might be helpful for us to know (eg, purpose of event, venue specifics, age of guests, if children's party, would you like party bags? etc)

Venue information: Please include address, type of venue, vehicle access etc. In the event of poor weather, is there a sufficiently large indoor area available? - See Terms and Conditions for more information about venue requirements.

From time to time, GO Tag may use photos and videos of events for promotional purposes. I consent to GO Tag sharing images and videos of this event through its website and social media.

As event organiser, I agree and understand the Terms and Conditions as set out below and that I have the appropriate authority to make this booking.

Terms and Conditions

Health and Safety

Laser tag is a physical activity and participants play at thier own risk. While every attempt is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, GO Tag can not be held responsible or liable for any injury to persons or damage to property during the event.

The event organiser (hirer) is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and any hazards identified to the GO Tag staff prior to the start of the event.

Venue

GO Tag is generally an outdoor activity requiring sufficient space. The event organiser is responsible for confirming an appropriate venue.

Indoor venues, including school halls or gyms, tend to be too small unless the event is for young children and the space is sufficiently large. Some larger indoor venues are suitable as a wet weather alternative for events depending on group size.

If the venue is deemed inappropriate upon arrival, the booking will not proceed and no refund or credit will be issued. It is your responsibility to confirm the appropriateness of any venue prior to booking. If you are unsure, please contact GO Tag to discuss.

Wet weather

GO Tag can not be played in wet weather due to risk of damage to the electrical equipment. Light drizzle or passing shower tends to be ok, however rain or persistent drizzle will require the game to be paused. If the event has started and is subsequently cancelled due to weather, no refund will be issued, nor additional time added to the booking.

If poor weather is expected, GO Tag staff will contact you prior to the event to discuss. If it is decided that the event does not go ahead, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a credit towards a future booking. Alternatively, we can provide a refund minus the Booking Fee if cancelled at least 2 hours in advance of the event start time due to weather.

Payment

A non-refundable Booking Fee is payable within 48 hours of reciept of the Booking Form and issuing of the invoice. The balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. For corproate bookings whereby an organisation operates a weekly pay run, please contact to arrange payment.

The Booking Fee is dependant on the type and scale of the event (Private booking- $50/ Other booking - $100).

Cancellations up to two weeks prior to your event will be refunded in full minus the Booking Fee.

Cancellations within 7 days of the booking will be charged in full.

General

As event organiser, I understand that I am responsible for the behaviour of participants at the event. I agree that any damage to GO Tag equipment is my responsibility and I will be required to pay for any replacement or repairs due to the actions of participants
